About

Guilherme Gonçalves Machado is an independent researcher in Rio de Janeiro and the founder and CEO of Hubstry Deep Tech.

His research spans linguistics, semiotics, philosophy, law and computing, and proposes procedures for comparing fields of knowledge while preserving the status of each. Since February 2026 he has deposited his work on Zenodo, in open access and with permanent identifiers.

He works as a fractional CTO and consultant in artificial intelligence governance, compliance and data architecture for companies and public organisations.

His path began in the independent press: in the 1990s he contributed for about three years to the newspaper Arte e Política, in Rio de Janeiro, and has written opinion pieces ever since.
